CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received by January 30th, 2019 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% of the conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received by Feburary 15th, 2019 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50% of the conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after Feburary 15th, 2019 or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fees.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement team of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).
